It’s been a while since my last post, as the past few months have been incredibly busy. I recently celebrated my six-month anniversary at a fintech company in México specializing in microloans, and it has been nothing short of challenging. The scale of the business, the complexity of the processes, and the brisk pace, coupled with my role as a manager, have taught me valuable learning.
